Leisure center The main task of the master thesis is to design a new leisure center in Vyškov. The building is divided into the two parts. The main part has two floors with reception, entrance hall, classrooms, offices, a utility and boiler room, a dance or theatre hall, a changing room, and a toilet. The second part includes sports hall. The load-bearing walls are designed from Porotherm ceramic blocks with external thermal insulation composite system. Floor structure are designed from reinforced concrete. The main building has a flat roof, the sports has a saw roof structure. Envelope walls are insulated with ETICS. The building will be heated by a condensing boiler. It will have mechanical ventilation, integrated photovoltaic panels on the roof of sports hall to reduce electricity consumption and LED lighting. The theoretical part is to design an operating rule of the building. The operating rules are part of the facility management, which takes care of ensuring ideal conditions for the development of the main activities of the leisure center.
Motivation and connotation of the flow effect in school-aged children finswimming

The theme of this thesis is finswimming as a leisure and performance activity - comparison of motivational factors in both training areas. The work is diveded into two parts. The first part is theoretical, in which is further described the finswimming sport, limiting motivational factors affecting children, who are engaged in this sport; and other factors, which during the training process have a motivating effect on the children or, on contrary, demotivate them. The training process is divided into two areas focused on leisure and performance activity. The empirical part of this thesis, within which also deals with this topic research was implemented in the form of a questionnaire method. Motivational factors of children and their coaches were inquired. This work describes the established reality and puts it into context. The results are expressed in graphs. This is a pilot cross-sectional study that can serve both to deeper research and to streamline coaching practice in the given area.
Health promotion policy of school-age children in the area of nutrition and physical activities

This thesis deals with the health promotion policy of school-age children in the area of nutrition and physical activities, and identifies the most serious problems related to this field of health policy. It also focuses on the main problems associated with the lifestyle of school-age children in the Czech Republic. Proper eating habits and good relationship to physical activities are formed from an early age, so it is necessary in the terms of health promotion to focus mainly on children and their education to a healthy lifestyle. This creates possibilities to achieve an overall improvement in the health status of population. To fulfill the goals of this thesis, secondary data from documents that are related to the observed problem were used together with primary data from qualitative research, which was conducted by expert interviews. School-age children in the Czech Republic do not comply with the dietary guidelines or recommendations for physical activity proccesed by WHO. A related problem is obesity, which is caused by these factors. Health promotion policy responds to these problems by projects and health promotion programmes. Consumption of fruits and vegetables among pupils of younger and older school age in Milovice

The aim of this bachelor thesis paper was to investigate the overall awareness of pupils from the 3rd - 5th grade from a selected primary school in Milovice. The secondary objectives monitored whether fruit and vegetables are a daily part of the target group's diet, at the same time whether the pupils actually eat fruit and vegetables received during recess and lunch breaks. Another research goal was to address the benefits of Fruit and Vegetables in schools project. The theoretical part is devoted to healthy nutrition. It describes the functions of the main nutrients, there is emphasis on accessory nutrients, especially on vitamins, fibers and antioxidants, which emphasizes the necessity of eating fruit and vegetables. Part of the theoretical part is also the issue of nutrition of children and the short discussion on the project Fruit and Vegetables in Schools. At the same time, a chapter on the digestive tract has been included, as it is here that digestion and absorption of substances from food occurs.
